Communication from Doctor to patient and their by standers need to be improved. We expect some changes in this. This is an important point to be noted.
Discussions regarding treatment and after care advice, people expect these things from qualified doctors and not from subordinate staff. These r now mostly not up to the standard.
Other facilities r not bad. Clinic hygiene is well maintained.
