Dr. Sucharita Sengupta, Gariahat

I got to know about Sucharita ma'am from one of my acquaintances. And thank god I got her as my dietician. She is extremely good and kind. She asks about all the likings and dislikings before making a diet plan and even modifies it if the person is uncomfortable with something. With her diet plan, I have never felt uncomfortable or in pain, rather a foodie like me was extremely satisfied with the things she prescribed me as it was per my taste. I was only allowed 2 fancy meals, but I had an umpteenth number of them and still lost 4kgs within 2months, that too without any physical exercise. The best thing about her is she is absolutely not judgemental about my choices and always replies to all my doubts on WhatsApp even after months of her scheduled telephonic review.

Dr. Sucharita Sengupta came to our life as a blessing. We almost lost hope of losing weight, went through many diet plans and surgical methods as well to lose weight but it was all unsuccessful weight loss. I gained even more weight than earlier then I came to know about her, she listens patiently all the problems, wants to help her patient to the fullest, suggests a diet as per your suitability and gives you time as much as you need. With her diet I managed to lose almost 10kgs of very stubborn fat and looking forward to lose more weight and come to my desired weight, she gives you this confidence. I totally recommend her.

I was around 75 kg , when I have consulted her a month back , after the session she prepared a diet chart for me , I rigorous followed her chart , Now after 1 month i have lost 5 kg , now I am 70Kg , I am continuing her consultation .

The doctor was very helpful and took a lot of time to complete explain the reasons behind the things being included in my diet as well as the ones being excluded. Her diet doesn't feel very restrictive either and she thoroughly enquires and ensures that the diet customised for you works. I've been following her up with more questions which has promptly answered. I am personally very satisfied with the consultation and I'm looking forward to seeing how much weight I'll eventually lose by adhering to the diet.
