My wife is 25 years old. She has been suffering from Rabies OCD for the last 1 year.Her condition has become very severe in the last 6 months:- She is scared to go outside the house- She keeps all the windows of the house closed because she fears a bat might come inside- She washes her hands again and again- She does not take anything from anyone's hands- She also makes other people wash their hands again and again before touching anything- She gets very anxious and panicky due to this fearIn the starting 4 months of this problem, she took 13 Rabies vaccine injections without any dog bite or bat bite. There was no actual exposure, it was only due to fear.*Her sleep is very disturbed. She is not able to sleep before 1 AM daily. Her appetite is also reduced compared to before.*Currently, she goes out to the market only when I explain and support her. She herself says, "Please take me to a doctor, I feel very anxious."Please guide us for proper treatment for her OCD and anxiety.
