I contacted Dr.Shebin for my child health issue , my kid was having skin rashes, he suggested great advice and gave some hints on skin rashes of babies, then my child had diarrhea too, I have texted Dr. Shebin with details regarding the situation, he listened and gave proper response and advice. We consult with the doctor online. It seems that the doctor was in hurry in giving the prescription. Doing the online consultation, the doctor keep his video switched off during the whole time and didn't listen or give suggestions, simply give the prescription and then gone. Overall experience is not good.

My 3 months baby was crying lot and we were provided colic acid thinking gastric but still she didn't stop crying and she is not even taking mother feed. We got shebin doctor from practo had video call and he identified baby problem by the voice of baby cry and told nose is blocked. After my office hours,at 9pm I found my daughter was suffering from running nose and cough,immediately I connected practo doctor through app,in time prescribed the medication,helped a lot,thanks to Practo doctors and the Practo team they have provided doctors at night time.
