Medicines can be taken to prevent nausea if a person experience motion sickness, and prefer taking smaller portions of light meals.
4. What food stuffs should be avoided in case of nausea?
Spicy or greasy foods, foods with high-fat content, alcohol and caffeine may aggravate the condition; thus, these foods should be avoided during nausea.
5. What foods can relieve nausea?
Food items like cereals, apple, rice, gelatin, cracker, soup of meat or vegetables and toast can be taken to relieve nausea.
