Approached the doctor during midnight as my 1 year old kid was having high fever & feeling lot of discomfort. doctor responded immediately, patiently listend to each & every one of doubts, probed us enough to understand the problem clearly, put us at ease, & prescribed the required medicines. he himself followed up with us after a day just to find out if my kid was doing fine or not.
