Most importantly, Doctor is friendly and has a caring nature.1) Doctor was extremely patient to listen to my queries over video call. 2) Then she asked several questions related to any other teeth, stomach or gums related problems. 3) Asked any medical history/ allergy etc. ,if any4) Asked for photograph of problem area (with help of mobile camera) and also Dr. assisted over video call.5) After checking the photographs as well, again had video call.6) Explained main problem areas of teeth with various home remidies to begin with and followed by detailed prescription with explanation. 7) Followed up - by also helping in prescribing alternative medicines as well (incase unavailable in some areas due to lockdown).8) Enquired about patients health the other days as well.Thanks for your support 😊👍
