I was taking physiotherapy sessions from Dr. Pallavi at ADP's Aarogya Physiotherapy clinic in Badalapur. I had injured ACL of my knee in an accident. From limping to walking confidently, I have come a long way. I am able to achieve a full knee movements and there is no pain and swelling now. My leg has strengthened a lot after physiotherapy sessions. Dr. Pallavi always encouraged me to push my limits and was a great support to me during this tough time physically and mentally too.
