What I truly liked about Dr. Vishal is that he cares. He genuinely cares. Most other dentists in town just seem to do the treatment for the sake of doing it. Dr. Vishal personally called me one day after the treatment to check in how I was feeling- pain, discomfort or anything of the sort.

That matters SO much!

I don't remember any doctor (other than my father) ever calling to check-in how I was feeling... talk about building a brand and care for customers.

Other points which you may find helpful:

- hygiene: This goes obvious to say.. there are utensils and equipment going directly in your mouth. You don't want someone else's germs to enter in so easily.

The staff under the doctors guidance take hygiene very seriously and ensure the equipment is well sanitized and that you also do not spread your germs into the clinic.

- friendliness: the doctor and the staff are EXTREMELY friendly and polite... you want to be there.

Calling before your appointment to offering you tea when you're waiting or simply having the flexibility of payment.

The doctor literally knows all of you by your name and invests considerable time in treatment and care... and not just as a process to get more from your wallet.

- trust: after visiting 3 other dentists who really did not help my tooth (perhaps made it worse).. He was clear and candid in his promise and knew that I as a patient needed more care to do the treatment. No false promises.

- treatment satisfaction: while my treatment is still to get completed with the crowning... I've not had any major problems thus far. So I'm very happy.

If I do.. the doctor is actually available to help you out.

Overall, in the times when hygiene is so heightened, do not look at any other clinic for your dental treatment. You will not be disappointed.

And I truly hope that Dr. Vishal and team continually invest in keeping this process of treatment and caring for patients the way they are right now.

He is brilliant in his craft!

I particularly admire his attention to detail, be it the personalised treatment of the patient, the colour and size of the teeth or the sustainability of the treatment.

You can blindly follow his advice. He communicates everything very clearly before the start of the treatment, so you will not find any chances of ambiguity!

My mother (66 yrs) got her full dental treatment done from Doctor Vishal at his Jameshedpur clinic between December 2019 and February 2020. Which included various root canals, artificial fixed teeth replacement of 19 teeth and all the required treatment to restore her natural teeth (which were severely decayed). Her condition was so poor that she was unable to eat even normal food.

The surgery skills of Dr. Vishal Lodha is highly recommendable. From last one year l am facing lots of dental problems and moving here and there. But he has fixed all the issues with very easy and comfort. His patience and calmness to understand the issue and remember it for further treatment is very friendly and cooperative. The environment of clinic is very hygiene and equipped with latest technology. The staff is very cooperative and good behaved. The atmosphere of clinic is very energetic and good vibes. I went to meet Dr. Vishal Lodha, based on recommendations from the online sources and didn't have any personal opinion. Had multiple teeth problems the major being implant at that moment. Dr Vishal Lodha the dental doctor of Ujwal Oral and Dental Care is a reliable and experienced dental specialist which I recommend for everyone. First I had visited him in 2019 and after that multiple times for various dental needs.
