I was suffering from severe ankle pain problem from two month and after that my back pain problem is also start as my profession is teacher iam unable to stand for a long time so i join apple for my pain relief and getting relief with in a days and now iam fine able to do my all work long standing sitting iam thanks to dr.sudhir sir and staff specially reema mam i like the atmosphere of here all people are very familiar with patient and dont give us patient type status loving this place thanku soo much to all..

I was suffering from serious sudden leg pain, and could not understand the cause. Dr. Kothari's treatment plan at his physiotherapy center eased my pain significantly. I take physiotherapy treatment for my son who is 3 years old. It's been 6 months now that I am coming here. Earlier, he was not very responsive, had poor trunk control, didn't use to play with toys, couldn't stand and walk. But now, he is alert, responds to verbal and visual stimuli, plays with toys. Also, now he can stand and walk holding furniture, my hand.

Very satisfied with treatment. Also I am given a home program to accelerate his progress.

I visited Apple Mind and Body Temple for treatment of nerve damage. I had weakness in my left hand because of nerve damage. Dr. Sudhir Sir explained me the exact problem and guided me to solve it. With therapy, strength in my left hand improved to a great extent. Now, I can lift heavy objects, do all my daily activities independently.

I had pain in both the knees, especially while using stairs. For that, I took 15 sittings of therapy at Apple. Pain reduced to a great extent. Also, I was given a strengthening exercise program to prevent knee pain in future. Do's and dont's were also properly explained to me.

I started therapy at Apple for rehabilitation of my fracture in spine at L4 level. I was asked to do bed rest after fracture. All my activities were done at bed only. I was completely dependent.

Dr. Sudhir Sir and his team ( Deepak Sir and Rachna Ma'am) helped me to get back to normal life and made me independent again. Today, I can walk, use stairs, travel alone. I am no more dependent for any of my activities.

I visited Apple Mind and Body Temple for post-operative rehabilitation for my fracture in right arm. I had post-operative stiffness in which I found 80% relief. Pain has also reduced with therapy.
