The doctor was very good and explained everything clearly. I felt satisfied with his behavior and nature. However, I was not happy with the assistant's behavior, as they were not helpful and did not attend phone calls properly. Overall, I would rate the experience a four out of five and would consider recommending Dr. Vipin Sharma if the treatment goes well.
The doctor spoke with me for only about two minutes and then abruptly ended the call without explaining the surgery or next steps clearly. I did not feel properly informed and would prefer if the doctor communicated more thoroughly and clearly. I would not recommend this doctor to others.
