Mr. Ravindra Verma

Dr. Ravindra Verma is a qualified Alternative Therapy Specialist and a Gold Medalist with immense knowledge in various alternative therapies. He founded Sahaj Aarogyam, a holistic health care centre, with the vision to relieve people’s pain and help them get fit and healthy through non-invasive, alternative therapy treatments. With his extensive experience of 20 years, he has successfully treated more than 5000 people using alternative therapies. His profound curiosity to explore the world of ancient medicine and modern medical treatments encouraged him to learn Acupressure from a young age. He was only 18 years old when he started studying this ancient alternative therapy technique and has since then conducted several treatment camps on Acupressure and alternative therapies.Continuing with his interest in the field, he did a Diploma in Acupressure from Sri Lanka. He also has an Associate Degree in Acupressure/Acupuncture from Allahabad. He did a Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga Sciences from New Delhi besides doing a certificate course in Yoga Science from Indore and a certificate course in Sujok Acupuncture from Moscow. Determined to study alternative therapy extensively, Dr. Verma completed his Post Graduation in Naturopathy and Yoga from Punjab University.Workshops Dr. Verma credits his competence to his advanced education and various workshops on Acupressure, Acupuncture, Naturopathy, Yoga, Sujok, Cupping therapy, and Marma therapy that he attended over the years. Besides learning the techniques, he also provides training in these techniques and hence trained several people. Acupressure As an acupressure practitioner, Dr. Verma uses special devices to put pressure on acupoints. This therapy is used for treating muscles, bones, and joints ailments. He uses this technique to reduce the symptoms and pain arising from chronic disease or a sudden injury.Acupuncture Dr. Verma uses Auricular and Electro Acupuncture technique at strategic points to relieve Orthopaedic and Neurological Problems etc. Many patients have shown an improvement in their immune system and energy levels.Naturopathy As a certified Naturopathy practitioner, Dr. Verma uses the combination of traditional methods along with modern treatment to boost the body’s capacity to heal itself. Naturopathy works on prevention and education. It's basic lies in panchmahabhuta.The main components of panchmahabhuta is soil, water, vital air, fire and aether.Naturopathy treatment focus on natural lifestyle and fasting principles by bringing awareness in diet, exercise, and stress management patterns in patients.Sujok therapy Dr. Verma practices Sujok therapy that combines acupuncture with various healing methods. This treatment uses specially defined magnets, seeds and colors to conduct specialised therapy in the hands and feets. Dr. Verma has successfully treated chronic diseases such as Arthritis,Slipdisc,Sciatica,Spondylitis, Migraine,Asthma Allergy,Paralysis, Sinusitis etc using Sujok therapy.Cupping therapy Dr.Verma learned this alternative therapy where cups are placed on the patient’s skin to create suction that is shown to boost the flow of energy throughout the body and promote healing.Marma Therapy This Ayurveda therapy technique focuses on stimulating the body to reduce occupational ailments and stress-related problems. As a Marma practitioner, Dr. Verma influences the flow of prana through the body for restoring health and mental peace.Yoga therapy Equipped with his knowledge in this ancient Science, Dr. Verma emphasises on postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), and meditation (dhyana) for improving general wellness, supporting healthy habits, and promoting emotional health, sleep, and balance.
