We got cataract surgery done for my mother in law. We were not only impressed with the Dr O P Agrawal but also the workmanship that sir has created in the hospital. The staff constantly checked in with us, ensuring we are comfortable. They ensure that each person has a smooth experience and do not wait long. I must say we are very happy with this hospital and how they have streamlined this process.

*** **** ******** ** ****** *** the staff service was superb. As all staff are cooperative and doctor is also very friendly and helpful. I had my mom both eyes operation superb and ossam hospital of eyes.

I had a bad experience. The staff at the reception was unprofessional. I had reached 5 minutes before my appointment time, I was still made to wait and people who showed up after me were allowed to see the doctor before me. Despite charging a high consultation fee (Rs 700) the doctor wasn't too keen to answer my queries and seemed to be in a hurry to finish the consultation session. Would not recommend.
