My experience with Nipun Sir was good, he explained all the things in details but I have an issue with this app and its slot timings with consultant fee because Apollo Hospital does not accept Practo confirmed appointment and Fee so I had to take a new appointment with Dr. Nipun Sir and wait around 1 and half hour
* ***** ******** ******** was busy on phone and not having that personal understanding touch. Like if you care but patient and go into more detail and understanding theh will feel more comfortable. According to fee charged he just checked for 5 min and was done. As a neurologist doctor should try understanding mind of patient and problem with brain was not the case.
Care less attitude and doesn't listen or explain the problems to patients.
Huge charges compared to level of service provided.
