Dr. Khushboo Doshi Jajodia and her colleague were very caring and humble, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. They showed genuine concern, which I really appreciated. The clinic was beautifully decorated and very clean, and my appointment started on time even though I was late.

The highlight of this visit is actually Dr. Khushboo who performed my mother's root canal procedure. They have equipment specialize for root canal which most Dentist do not. The office was very clean. When we came to them, My mother had a huge infection because of decaying tooth. The main points I really like about Dr. Khushboo are the followings: Customer Services: Very Professional Communicates every steps about the procedure (what will happen) No surprises since most of us hate going to the Dentist/Endodontist Listens to my concerns. She followed up/call after our visits. Skills: She took her time and very passionate to get the procedure done correctly. Immediately, after the first visit, My mother was able to bite again. She could have rushed the cleaning infection job but she dragged to two visits to give it time to heal. The second visit did not cost money. She prepped the area very carefully before they started the process. She and her assistant work very well together as they communicate through the procedure (well oiled machine). They are probably the best combination that I have seen. Doctor and Assistant. Both continue to make sure that the procedure was comfortable. In addition to the skills, here is my experience with Dr. Khushboo when it comes to needles. She gave my mother the first shot and then we patiently waited for 5 minutes before she gave all the remaining shots which helped relieve the phobia. Thank you for doing this.Over all I will highly recommend Dr Khushboo and Dr Madhur Jajodia. 5 stars Rating
