I genuinely appreciate your nature and the way you communicate, but when we approach a doctor, we come with the expectation of getting a proper solution. The treatment has been quite expensive, and after spending so much time and money, seeing no improvement is extremely disappointing.
I need a clear explanation of why the treatment has not worked and what the next effective course of action is. I believe a treatment should ultimately deliver results, and I sincerely expect a practical solution now rather than continuing with expensive treatment without visible improvement.
