Dear Atul Sir,This is your patient Hemendra Singh Chouhan and I think this is the least I could do for what all you have done for me.To everyone who is reading this post or message, my name is Hemendra Singh Chouhan a resident of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. I was initially diagnosed with water deposit issue by some other doctor locally and then while endoscopy I happened to meet Dr Atul ji who during endoscopy report analysis updated me the exact situation.I had Decompensated Chronic Liver issue and it needed immediate attention and treatment. I have never ever seen such a selfless man working with devotion for the wellbeing of their patients.*** ****** *** **** ******** ** ******* *** **** ********* **** ** *** ***** *** **** ** ** ******* *********.He took time and as required by the time for Liver Transplant Surgery he alerted me and my family at the right time due to which post surgery by Dr. Amit Barpha, Dr. Sudesh Sharda and others on 21 September 2025 I am discharged from hospital and at home writing this message.I during the entire process was morally down as everyone could expect and so was my family but Dr Atul kept boosting us and helped us never to loose hope.You rarely meet people like him who are with you throughout your bad time till you are in good time.I am really thankful and grateful to you Dr. Atul and really would like to take this platform as an only opportunity to somehow contribute in anyway.Thank you once again sir *️

The Dr is very busy, when I had follow up appointment in Suyash hospital, it was very crowded and Patients need to stand in the queue due to no proper sitting arrengememt and everyone just wanted to rush to the dr when he comes out of opt.

Wondering how the Dr concentrate and treat patients in such situations. But still it was not a concern if I would have got relif of my problems after treatment. Dr hardly given 2 mins to check reports and given treatment, that created more complications for me.

Highly disappointing experience, I have been trying to contact clinic for appointment but can not get through and when i reached directly to clinic the front desk guy ( Highly unprofessional and rude) without hearing anything said msg on this given no and you will get slot once available . … i requested but he was not in mood to listen and reply .. ( Btw i paid 300 bucks for my cab to reach there) .. Also fee mentioned on practo is not true they are asking for 1000 as a consultation which is quite suprising … I immediately left that place without wait for a second …Strongly not recommanded ..

My experience was excellent, I had done long treatment from a reputed hospital in indore for abdominal pain & done several test like Sonography,CT scan & finally they advised for colonoscopy.

They suspected TB,Crohn’s & even for tumor,I was very scared and for second opinion I have visited Doctor Atul Shende , he explained everything in detail and answered all my queries & confirmed me that I don’t have any such disease indicated in test Report,He also done Colonoscopy by himself (That also in my request ) & finally found everything is okay.

I am highly satisfied with his diagnosis/Treatment & would recommend Dr atul shende to patients

Only problem is getting instant appointment due to rush/booking.

The consultation fees is quite high they charge 1500 but in their website it shows 500 so they should correct that and doctor asked for so many reports like endoscopy, colonoscopy and ct scan, ultrasound test, blood test,stool test, urine test, sonography and after that write the medicine 💊 of his own brand .

So, I request him that you are good in your profession,

Please dont support Medicine Brands.

Dr is most humble & friendly. He listens to patients thoughroly & patiently before giving prescription. I visited his clinic for acidity problem. I am fully satisfied with the treatment undergone.

He’s so good, generous and tells everything in brief. Really good experience.

My long persistent problem is almost solved now
