So I am a part of Indian basketball women’s Team and in a practice I got my heels swelled Up where She Helped me getting a quick recovery with Treatment first together with her Rehabilitation and exercise to be practiced daily and later knee got twisted in a match itself where not only I got the best treatment but as well as she worked on my whole lower body weak parts which can further build my muscle and restrict any kind of injury in future too .

Am more than satisfied with the treatment and rehabilitation as in less than two weeks I was able to continue my practice and part of the team again .And can feel the change in my body .

Will always suggest to continue the rehabilitation and exercise suggested , doing the same as instructed by her .

I met with an accident and had injured all 4 limbs, I was depressed a lot as at a very young age I damaged all my limbs. I always thought I wouldn't be able to recover 100% and there will be certain activities which I won't be able to do, but the kind of exercises suggested and body releases given by her -- led to a very fast recovery and I was again back on my feet and was able to do all sought of things which I was always dread about which I wont be able to do post accident. The way of her treatment was extremely effective.

The best part was while giving the treatment she even explained the use of each muscle for doing different type of the activities --- which provided me with immense knowledge and helped me doing the exercises on my own whenever i experienced a pain in the specific region of my body.

She was comfortable to communicate with and would understand all the problems immediately and would to the needful without any hesitation. The best part was she was very friendly with all the players with us. Thank you mam for being with us always for our time of needs .

Ahana ma'am is very friendly with her patients. She explains every exercise precisely like what is its impact on particular body part as well as what mistakes one can make while doing that exercise. This helps to do exercises correctly and it results better health.

I had a wonderful experience from our Physio who treated my knee , shoulder, back patinando the following rehab. I was lucky enough to get treated under Dr . Ahana Puranik . She took the time to explain everything , the context of my pains , the importance of recovery and the biology behind it . I would be lucky to get her as my Physio for the upcoming camps in the future as she’s been playing a important role in my recovery as well the others . She’s one of the most considerate and supporting humans I’ve come across .

Doctor's nature is very good and the treatment is low cost pay therapy is good for health so I prefer the doctor

The doctor is well trained and understands your situation correctly and work accordingly and try to give her best possible to cure the patient.

She was very friendly and patient while taking the treatment. I love the way she talks to me and comforts me.
