Disappointing Experience with Dr. Vikas Rathore, Orthopaedic - Poor ServiceI visited Dr. Vikas Rathore, an orthopaedic doctor, after finding him on the Practo app, but my experience was quite disappointing.To start with, the Practo app mentioned a consultation fee of ₹200, but upon reaching Dr. Vikas Rathore's clinic, I was charged ₹500. Moreover, the clinic's location on the app was incorrect, causing unnecessary confusion.Dr. Vikas Rathore's approach left much to be desired. ***** ** ******** ********** ** **** **** ******** and he didn't seem particularly interested in understanding my specific concerns. His demeanor came across as unfriendly, and he lacked empathy towards his patients.Additionally, the clinic's setup, being situated in his home, made it challenging to see him during official hours. This lack of accessibility added to the overall dissatisfaction.On one occasion, I couldn't return for my follow-up within the prescribed 7-day interval due to a family emergency. However, when I visited on the 10th day, Dr. Vikas Rathore insisted on an additional ₹500 for the consultation, despite my explanation of the circumstances.It's worth noting that the initial consultation fee of ₹500 supposedly covered a 7-day interval, including the second follow-up. However, this wasn't honored when I needed it the most.In conclusion, I would not recommend Dr. Vikas Rathore to others. It's crucial to find a doctor who not only provides treatment but also demonstrates genuine care and understanding towards their patients' concerns.
