I am very happy with the doctor as I am consulting her since past three years. I have experienced well maintained amenities and services at the hospital as well. If I have to suggest something, the appointment schedule system has to be digitized. So that the patients can see their time slot and wait accordingly. Instead of calling names, this implementation will help in maintaining silence as well. Also, reduction in the wait time might be helpful. Otherwise, everything is cool. I will recommend the doctor with pleasure.

Other than that everything was good. I understood what exactly the problem was by the doctor's detailed explanation. The prescription was accurate and I am happy with the results.

In my initial visit, I experienced good hospitality and amicable atmosphere over there. Just in 30 minutes, I got my consultation. The doctor was nice and approachable. *** ********* ********** *** explained the details to me in an understandable way. Only the retina check-up test was suggested during the time. I am satisfied with the obtained results.

Only waiting time was too much - had to wait for 1 hour mins despite taking appointment. Otherwise all good.
