Great service, good staff out there..Dr Chytra was Very helpful and easy to talk to...She very helping when i was not sure what l exactly should take up..All out there eager to help and they are always attentive to your skin needs. Dr. Chytra must say is great and super nice, she feels like someone you can easy talk to and get great care from...All my problems were addressed with utmost patience and explained all the possible solutions and pros and cons with much more clarity n patience too...highly recommend everyone to her who is need of the service they provide 🙂
Had my 4th sitting of laser treatment with Revathi today.... best experience so far... she was gentle, polite & diligent... doing small areas and making sure all areas are covered instead of rushing through to finish. Hair growth on leg & bikini hasn't reduced much so far... hoping it will reduce well this time.

I had visited the J P Nagar branch of kosmoderma for a session of phynol peel. After my first session , i was given an appointment date after a couple of weeks.When I went to the clinic on their specified date, they were preparing for Glycolic peel. When I said that I had paid for phynol peel they asked me to return after a couple of weeks ..Even though I had made the complete payment and was keen to complete the session at the earliest, I am still made to wait for long.

Very unprofessional behavior of the clinic and staff. Did booking through Practo but on reaching was told that I do not have any confirmed booking. Overall I was told to wait for 30 mins for Doctor. Later on after more than 30 mins they suddenly came and mentioned Doctor is unavailable for emergency and they will have someone else see me. This was very unexpected *** ********** behavior from the doctor and clinic. If for the first appointment they treat you like this, then imagine what will happen once you start any treatment with them. So think twice before coming here. Doctor might be good but the clinic is very unprofessional and ill managed.
