I've reached out to her when I'm at a very bad place, and under heavy medication for anxiety and depression. She was very empathetic and helped me stay hopeful. She has helped me restructure my thinking patterns, and now, my days are comparatively more pleasant.
I came to Santhoshini for a clinical evaluation. While conducting the evaluation and delivering the results, I noticed how meticulously she understood my case and how genuinely she cared for my concerns. Her demeanor is so calm it does half the job already and it comes from a place of deep understanding of the patient. Such providers are hard to come by, highly recommend her.

Having been to many therapists, I did not feel heard or even slightly understood as much as I have been with Ms. Santhoshini. Her expertise moves beyond just generic theory advices and really, you find someone who listens and tailors the experience to your care. I have had many sessions with her and never felt unsatisfactory about the experience. She has really helped me with my journey.
She is very easy to talk to and has a way of making you feel heard while also, understanding each and every aspect about your issues and mental health, giving exercises that feel doable backed by actual research.
