Really bad experience. Had booked for 9 A.M on Practo. Since last time doctor had not come after visiting I called ahead and checked and they said he will be in by 9.15. We reached at 9.15 and they kept saying 5 minutes 5 minutes and Doctor came only at 10 A.M. The receptionist is rude and started arguing when I asked at 9.45 if doctor is coming. I contacted Practo at 9.45 that 30 minutes is not honored and in front of me the receptionist lied that doctor has reached at 9.30 and we are the ones who are late. ****** ********* ** ******** *** ***** **** *** *** **** *** ******** ** *** ******** won't recommend this clinic. The doctor may be good but should honor time.
