Despite my initial concerns regarding the clinical timeline and predictable outcomes, the process was managed very efficiently. Dr. Ghosh maintained a high degree of professionalism throughout the procedure, providing clear instructions and addressing all queries and concerns patiently. The treatment involved tooth extraction and regular adjustment and tightening of wires. which were executed seamlessly by the doctor, with minimal discomfort experienced. The Damon Q2 brackets significantly speeded the treatment time, providing visible results within a span of a month. Dr. Ghosh’s punctuality for every appointment was truly commendable. The support staff, Suman Sir, was highly cooperative and efficient in providing necessary clinical assistance. He also managed scheduling appointments and financial aspects of the procedure very well. I am satisfied and pleased with the outcomes of my smile correction and highly recommend Dr. Ghosh for specialized orthodontic care.

I agreed for that amount and they asked me to pay 10,000 in advance and later pay rest amount month wise. I was carefree as I though that the end to end treatment will be covered in the package and I started paying her 4,000 every month. But she started charging extra apart from the package amount they mentioned. she sent me over to another dentist friend in the same clinic and charged me extra money for 4 of my tooth extraction. I resented but then the doctor and helper forced me hence I had to give that money too. But when one of my ceramic brackets broke she started asking money, 200 rupees for each broken bracket which was not included in the package amount I had to pay. My sister had a spacing in between teeth and wanted to get it connected. She went to Dr. Trisha Ghosh with her problems. Dr. Ghosh patiently heard her and collected all her complaints and previous medical history. This went a long way in assuring my sister that she had went to the correct doctor to get her teeth corrected. She provided her with the solutions and explained her the entire procedure that would be required and the entire cost that will be incurred. It took only a little more than a year for my sister to get the spacing between her teeth connected which could've generally taken more time. Apart from this, there were also some spacing at the back side of her teeth which was also looked upon and corrected by the doctor. Overall, it had been a great experience for my sister and this has enhanced her smile and boosted her confidence.During the lockdown, my mother also had some serious problems in her teeth and it was only getting worse.
