Ms. Lacy Noah is a Occupational Therapist She completed Masters of Occupational Therapy from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2013 and Bachelor of Family and Consumer Sciences from Lamar University in 2003. She is a member of TCH Neurodevelopmental Care Committee,National Association of Neonatal Therapists and TCH Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia Multidisciplinary Collaborative team.
