I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful care Dr.Shivanu Mathon provided me for the past 6 months. Her expertise and dedication have made a significant difference in my life. I was struggling with acne vulgaris for a long time, and your treatment has shown great improvement in my skin. Your guidance have helped me understand my skin condition and the best ways to manage it. Moreover, the treatment for my hair fall has been just as effective, and I'm happy to see visible results.

1. My daughter had serious acne on her face and she is just 4 years old, but Dr. Shivanu prescribed the best medicines and only within 2 days she got 90% of relief.2. Then my husband was going through the fungle infection for 2 years, after Dr. Shivanu's prescription for his fungal infection we can feel the difference within 15 days only. 3. Now I am getting the Fungle infection treatment for my mother in law as well. Thanks to Dr. Shivanu from the bottom of my heart 🙏

I am glad that Good dermatologist still exists and shes one of them guys. My acne got worse when a doctor recommended me steroids for no reason. But she understood the whole case so well and started the treatment. Its been 3 days now I improvinggg yayyy

Today, Dr Shivanu explained the issue very clearly and listened to my previous medication too (different than my experience with other doctors!). We also had a discussion on call. Moreover, she tried video call twice but due to some software bug or network issue we couldn't connect.She has suggested medicines and I'll purchase them to start. I want to thank her for her time & hope this medication will cure my problem.

Doctor is very much attention to the problem and asking several questions to clarify whether its for whole family effecting and prescribed separate medication to me, my wife and my child separately and explained how to use them in a proper way.

Dr Shivanu understood my symptoms very patiently , called me immediately & explained the issue and line of treatment and prescribed me the medications . I was not comfortable taking certain drugs so she very kindly understood my apprehension and prescribed medicines not containing those drugs. She's very approachable and understands the issue patiently.

I consulted her via practo video consultation. In the prescription she mentioned some creams and when to use it.

In the prescription and over the call she did not mention the dos and donts of using the prescribed creams, its side effects ,and how to counter side effects, did not ask about skin allergies or sensitivity.

She was not available for over call consultation for more than a 2 minutes . I had to research the prescribed medicines and ask follow up questions. It takes very long time (4-5 hours)to get response or answers to queries.
