His friendly bahaviour, especially his witty comments act as a relief to the patient. What I appreciate most about him is his belief that as a doctor he is bound to answer any question asked by the patient. He really does it with utmost patience. Another praiseworthy quality which I noticed is that he doesn't have ego in taking a second opinion or sending his patient to a specialist if he feels it is necessary for the patient's benefit.
