Dr. Khozema Saify

He is sheer expert in dermatology. I was suffering with acne problems since months but after Doctor Saifi's treatment, my acnes have disappeared and gradually scars are also disappearing. My face is flawless now with fair complexion.

Appointment took at 11:44 AM (Scheduled for 01:45 PM)

Reached clinic at 01:40 PM

Fee took at reception: Rs. 500 (without any receipt)

Waited till: 02:45 PM

Result: The doctor denied seeing the patient.

Honest Experience: Multiple persons as staff but not good at managing patients. The doctor keeps 2-3 feet distance from patients (didn't offer seats to sit) while listing to their problems. No courtesy toward patients as he just wants their patients to follow their rules (unfair practices) with silence. Treated people as not their patients but just as the crowd. The doctor is so arrogant as if you say anything to staff he will not listen to you even once and give you a list of other doctors and asked you to leave the clinic and go to anyone of them.

Detailed Experience:

1. I got the chance to visit Dr. Saify's clinic today for my skin problem. I have taken the appointment on call at 11:44 AM and got the appointment for 01:45 PM. As per the scheduled time, I reached the clinic (on the 1st floor) at 01:40 PM. After reaching the clinic I remove my shoes on the stairs (as there is no other space left) and go to the reception. The reception is in a small hall with a huge crowd.

2. At the reception, I told the person that I have an appointment, he asked my name to check the appointment and then asked for my age and address and write it down on the doctor's letter pad and asked for Rs. 500 (fees).

3. After taking Rs. 500, they didn't give any receipt or any other paper to the patient. When asked for the number on the list, they said to wait for 30 mins and they will call the name. (Very unhelpful)

4. After waiting for 45 mins (02:30 PM), I go to the reception to check for the update. They said my number will come in the next batch of patients. After waiting for the next 15 min (total 1 hour). A person called my name and asked me to stand in 2nd place in a queue.

5. After standing for 5 mins in the queue, saw multiple people going directly to the doctor's cabin. After my number came I tried to go to the doctor's cabin and some random guy came in and said don't stand here just stand in the hall and go to another cabin.

6. When I asked the random person who is he asked me to go back and what is his post here. The doctor came in middle and said he is on no post and arrogantly asked the staff to give the fees back and give the list of other doctors.

7. The staff returned my fess and show me the wall having the names of multiple other doctors (as it's their general practice) and asked me to leave the clinic.

I was suffering from chronic urticaria for a very long period of time. I was following a lot of food and lifestyle restrictions. Which made my life very miserable. But after consulting doctor I found that it carier can be treated easily and lot of restriction in lifestyle and food is not required. Now I am very happy with the treatment and the ease of treatment.

Very good experience with disease management and treatment. I was suffering from psoriasis disease and was not aware of that. I thought it is a allergy or something. But Dr Saify explained the disease and it's treatment. I will highly recommend Dr Saify for skin disease.

I went to Dr. Saify for acne & black spot relating problem. He counseled me and addresed all my queries in best possible manner. I got visible positive results after 15 days of medication although I continue the medicines for 30 days as recommended by Dr. Saify. My problem regarding disease has been vanished completely. The doctor i will never consult. For a year 300 inr per month for consultation and 1000 rs for medicine
