She is a very understanding and patient psychiatrist who listens carefully and provides thoughtful guidance. Her approach made our daughter get her IQ and SLD tests done which helped her get her UDID card facility as well, and we truly appreciate her professionalism and care. Dharitri helped me with my anxiety issues. I have started experiencing anxiety post covid. Her technique and counselling helped me to recover and tackle situations now. She listens very patiently and gives different techniques to deal with anxieties. Apart from that she also try to improve natural habits that provokes anxiety, suggest lifestyle changes that makes you think positive and remain positive overall. One thing I liked the post about her sessions that she let me drive the session, listens me and never rushed to finish it.

I was crawling between hazard thoughts. No, it was not new for me, as i am having these since childhood, being an introvert and sexually abused child. The problem of not finding own soul was so difficult for me that i was almost lost in chaos. I even gave up my passion of writing and devasted for not having a urge to write again. Thankfully i made the decision to talk to Ms Dharitri Dutta, beside of a busy schedule i somehow managed the time to talk to my therapist. Her words was made of cure and courage to remind myself everything i deserve and everything i can. And then happened the lockdown (during that time mental health issue was at peak worldwide, but i think it was my pre lockdown conversation with Ms Dutta, that kept me so calm and working); hence it was an unfinished session but i am much better and well now a days.
