Dr. Sobur Uddin Ahmed

Dr. Sobur Uddin Ahmed is a consultant in Gastroenterology, Hepatology and therapeutic endoscopy. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Gastroenterology. Just after completion of MBBS from Gauhati Medical College in 2004, Dr Ahmed joined the Department of Gastroenterology at GB Pant Hospital, Delhi as a junior resident. Then he came back from Assam and completed his MD in Internal Medicine from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh. Dr Ahmed then went back to Delhi and joined as a Registrar in Gastroenterology in Apollo Hospital, Delhi. He then joined the prestigious Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, where he was trained in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Pediatric Gastroenterology and diagnostic as well as therapeutic endoscopy by eminent gastroenterologist of India. He completed DM in Gastroenterology from the same institute successfully. He also worked in FORTIS Hospital, Delhi.
