A very friendly doctor. I had a tusk in between the two incissors, which had to be removed. After removing the tusk, the gap between two incissors had to be fixed. After being explained I opted for Aligners since I wanted to retain my original tooth. Aligners are the best means to move tooth accurately and without pain. the pressure is very less on the tooth. And I am still left with two-three months but the results are already visible and my smile is better than ever. All thanks to Crystal Smile and Team 👍

I had an extremely disappointing *** ************** experience with Dr. Arpita Kashyap, and I feel compelled to share this so others don’t go through what I did. During the initial consultation, Dr. Arpita examined my son and said he had 7 cavities, with one requiring a root canal. After the X-ray, I specifically asked for cavity fillings and scaling while keeping the root canal for other day. She agreed, and I assumed she would be handling the treatment herself. *********** after charging a consultation fee ****** **** ******** ******* she ****** left the clinic without informing me and handed over the entire procedure to her assistant. She did not even return to check on the treatment outcome afterward.

When the procedure was over, * *** ***** ** **** ** ********** *******. ****** ********* **** ****** ********** ** *** ***** * *********** ******** *** ************ *** ******* ****. **** * ********** ***** *** ***** ******* ****** *** ***** ** ** ********* ************* ******* I requested to speak with Dr. Arpita, but they repeatedly denied it, saying she does not speak with patients over phone call.

After the treatment, my son was in immense pain and couldn’t chew properly. My wife had problem in her root canal treated tooth (Infected). This is our first visit to "crystal smiles" after so many research done online & with friends, we got positive review/feedback from many about crystal smiles. So we first decided to go there, Right from the staff who welcome you at the reception till the doctors, everyone are extremely friendly and warm. I would like to personally thank Dr. Arpita for her professional expertise.we had been to many dental clinics in Guwahati but this is our first place where we satisfied & happy with the treatment. I started my treatment on September 2023 and recently got my braces removed after year and half . So far I am satisfied with the outcome . Much of the proclination, spacing and crowding is corrected on timely appointments . I am confident to smile now .
