The braces are completely normal and will adjust slowly by becoming part of our routine. Initially, it was very uncomfortable , bt within a month it became normal. Swelling of tounge , tooth pain, irritation was common during the initial days but slowly they disappeared after few months.

I had started this orthodontic treatment 2years ago and recently I've got my braces off. I had many crooked teeths both in my upper as well as lower jaw.
