I met Dr Dip Jyoti Baruah about 2 years ago for fixing metal braces on my daughter's teeth. He explained to me and my daughter the entire procedure very patiently before starting the treatment .I was impressed by his friendly behaviour , he made my daughter comfortable before starting any process so that she is not scared and kept asking her if she is having any pain or any other problem. In the begining , my daughter had a little discomfort with the braces but very soon she got used to it. He does his work patiently and with full concentration and is never in a rush. I also liked his punctuality, I never had to wait for him. Also he adjusted the appointments as per my daughters schedule as she is in a boarding school. He would resolve any queries I had, over the phone or whatsapp as soon as he can inspite of his busy schedule. My daughter has been now given a retainer to be used for about 6 months after removing of the braces for permanent effective result. The entire treatment period went very smoothly and I am very thankful and grateful to Dr Dip Jyoti for treating my daughter and I am immensely satisfied with the result.
