Dr. Bansal did not look in the eye while speaking and appeared somewhat irritated. It also appeared from his general demeanour and distractedness that he felt like he was offering a favour by granting his time.

While taking an appointment I had not mentioned the specific problem for which I was visiting, and he claimed he did not bring the tools necessary. Professionalism problem? So anyway, he asked me to come the next day. I was happy to be out of there, knowing fully well that I would not return. Often we judge our doctors too harshly because of the critical role they play. But Dr. Bansal’s behaviour did not inspire too much confidence in me that day. ***** ** *** **** * *** *** *** **** But I left, promising myself never to return.

May be he is busy and not interested in tele medicine like practo as he replied in ages. Not explained any thing. At first he asked me to get some tests done, i got the reports on priority and kept waiting for doctors reply. I messaged him several times with no reply. At the end i raised complain that doctor is not replying to practo and later he replied that reports are normal go see some doctor nearby. Without any explaination etc. I have experience with other doctors on practo and the way they make you feel comfortable and the way they try to solve and listen to your problem is phenominal. My first bad experience so far.
