I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Rishangi for her exceptional care and professionalism during my wife’s treatment and C-section delivery.The surgery itself was handled very smoothly *** **** ***** *********. Unfortunately, after the C-section, due to a sudden low blood pressure issue, one of the blood vessels ruptured, leading to severe and uncontrolled bleeding. The situation became extremely critical.Despite limited resources and infrastructure, including the absence of an in-house blood bank at LYF Hospital and delays in arranging blood, Dr. Rishangi remained calm, focused, and decisive. She immediately coordinated with senior and top doctors, took timely medical decisions, and worked relentlessly to control the bleeding and stabilize my wife.Her presence of mind, clinical judgment, and leadership in such a life-threatening emergency truly saved my wife’s life. Managing such a critical case under constrained conditions reflects her dedication, skill, and commitment to patient care.We will always be thankful to Dr. Rishangi for her efforts and compassion during one of the most difficult moments of our lives.
