The doctor explained everything clearly and the consultation was satisfactory. Although there was a long wait time of about two hours, the patient felt the doctor was fine and gave an overall rating of four or five. The patient seems willing to recommend the doctor.
Dr. VK Gautam was very welcoming to me from the moment I met him, but what really stood out was his staffs towards him and vice versa. I could clearly see the cheerful and happy atmosphere from their faces. Everyone was very friendly, caring, and easy to connect with, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It is rare to experience such a positive environment in a hospital.
