Dr. Tanushree Gahlot

Dr. Tanushree has graduated from JLN Medical College, Ajmer( Rajasthan University of Health Sciences) with honors and further went on to pursue her internship from esteemed SMS Medical College, Jaipur.She completed her post graduation (DNB Respiratory Medicine) from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, one of the oldest and leading hospital in Delhi where she was trained in critical care and various interventional procedures such as fiber optic bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound, TBNA, TBLB, airway stenting, cryotherapy and pleural procedures. She was awarded MNAMS by National Academy of Medical Sciences in 2017.She has rich experience of working in both public and private sectors including hospitals of repute such as Lady Hardinge Medical College, Rajan Babu Institute of Pulmonary Medicine, Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar, Rohini and Max Superspeciality Hospital, Saket. She was also a visiting consultant in the center of excellence; Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, Delhi.She has won several awards and national grants at national conferences ( like NAPCON) as well represented the country at CHEST 2016 held in Los Angeles, the USA where she won an award for outstanding presentation. She has been a grader, moderator, and reviewer of various scientific journals and events such as CHEST 2017, Toronto, Canada.She is a lifetime member of the National College of Chest Physician(NCCP), American College of Chest Physician(ACCP), European Respiratory Society(ERS) and Indian Sleep Disorder Association(ISDA). Her keen interests include sleep disorders in which she holds a Fellowship (FSM-ISDA) and treating Asthma and sinus allergies (Diploma course in allergy testing), lung cancer, chest infections and smoking-related lung problems.
