Well! My mother got a sudden massive Heart Attack. This was the nearest hospital so my father brought my mother to this. On reaching immediately, the staff alerted us that there is an emergency as she had an attack. She reached Hospital at around 2am and OT was prepared and she was stented in the morning by Dr. Singhania. He saved my mother’s life and I will be indebted to him for ever. But as it is a feedback and I will be honest, Dr Singhania was perceived as rude by my relatives who provided support to us. At one instance he walked past without answering my dad who was worried about his wife’s health. This is not seen by us in a good light as Doctor’s are meant to be understanding and polite. However he was told by my relatives that this is not right, post which he mellowed down. A DOCTOR MUST ALWAYS REMEMBER WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS. BCOZ OF THIS BAD TASTE WE WERE THINKING OF CHANGING HOSPITAL.

We went to Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi for my grandfather. He got a paralytical attack and this dr. Dhirendra Singhania was appointed for him. We never knew alot of people in our known has consulted him, surprisingly all of them said the same thing that take out your Grandfather from that hospital as dr.
