Dr. Apurvakumar Pandya (PhD)

Dr. Apurvakumar is a Health Psychologist, having more than 12 years of experience of providing HIV prevention counselling, counselling services for youth, vulnerable children in need of care and protection, children in juvenile homes, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Hijra population. He is an alumnus of the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and Department of Sociomedical Sciences, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University of New York City, USA. Currently, he is working with the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar as a Scientist – D and engaged in providing guidance and counselling services.
