Sir, I am overweight as per my age. I want to lose my weight and be fit.I am determined towards my exercise but I am having problems towards deciding my diet.I am also telling you my diet routine so it could be evaluated by you. I generally don't have my breakfast and directly have lunch during afternoons. In the evening I have a cup of tea and then directly dinner. I consume a huge amount of junk food and oily foods. Takes very low diet

Hi, My son 6 years old takes very low diet and falls ill very frequently. Round the year bi-weekly problem for stomach pain, vomiting, fever, nausea, common cold and the like. Isn't comfortable with breakfast at all, vomits if we try to feed him on breakfast. Takes irregular meals, 1-2 chapattis a day and half cup of juice or milk is his diet for the day. Regards, Vikas

I have been gaining weight at an average rate of 2-3 kgs. per year for at least three four years now. While studying one tends to ignore his/her health so did I. It caught my attention when things sta I have been gaining weight at an average rate of 2-3 kgs. per year for at least three four years now. While studying one tends to ignore his/her health so did I. It caught my attention when things started going out of control. Started doing yoga but alone it could not help with my weight loss. At that time I contacted Ms. Monika. It was 4th of May and today it's 11th of July, nearly two months under her guidance and I am about 6 kgs lighter. I am really thankful to her as she made possible which two months back seemed impossible and used to give me nightmares. Of course she is good in her area but what makes her even better is that she does not restrict her suggestions for single issue that you approach her for (in my case it was weight loss), rather she guides you towards an overall healthy lifestyle which will keep you fit for years to come. And her calm composed demeanor very smoothly sails you from unhealthy eating habits towards healthy ways, healthy time and healthy things to eat.

I started consulting her since 2 months and have lost around 8 kg of weight which I was tryin Ms Monika Gupta has been very supportive and a good consultant throughout the entire weight loss treatment. I started consulting her since 2 months and have lost around 8 kg of weight which I was trying to loose from last 3 years. The weight has come down because of the well nourished diet advised by her and normal walk up to 35-40 mins which she recommended. The diet plan is further easy to follow and is appropriate to maintain a healthy lifestyle in today's busy schedule.

Well, If someone wishes wishes to reduce weight, I would definitely recommend that person to Ms. Gupta for consultation. Additionally, her programme will not only help you to loose your weight but will also improve your overall lifestyle and eating habits!

I went to see Monica for an appointment on Feb 1 2016 and this was my first experience of visiting a dietitian and I was not sure how it would turn. So here am I sharing my feedback of my experience @F I went to see Monica for an appointment on Feb 1 2016 and this was my first experience of visiting a dietitian and I was not sure how it would turn. So here am I sharing my feedback of my experience @Fat to Fit.

When I first visited her, I weighed 79.8 kg. She very patiently heard my entire day's routine and the meals that I used to have and made me understand my calorie requirement for the day. The first thing that I liked was that she was very confident and clear of what she was doing and the second thing: She told me 30 mins of walk every day(as I am too lazy to go to the gym and was looking for minimal exercise in a day)

It has been 50 days since then and I have not only lost close to 10 kilograms, 9.8 to be precise but 3 inches from the waistline as well. All this despite of the fact that I have been working in shifts(for the last 15-20 days) and that has not affected my weight loss speed to a great extent and attended 4-5 parties in the past 50 days or so.

Her diet plans don't starve you and are not monotonous. She deliberately adds different varieties which actually break the boredom of being on a diet, and if you follow the diet plan religiously then you can once in a week cheat on your favorite sweet/chocolate. I have been doing this every week and have been enjoying it.
