Was struggling from insomnia my personal life health and professional life had gone for a toss I had tried everything ranging from meditation eating too much cough syrups and lastly sleeping pills I always use to imagine how does it feel like to have a normal sleep, I use to find those people blessed who sleep everyday for few hours

After seeking help from Dr. Jhamb my medications got reduced initially and finally after a course of time I don't take even a single medicine to sleep

I became fit lost extra pounds and feel energized all the time

I have been going through some anxiety issues lately and that is how i decided to see a psychologist. Dr. Monika is an extremely humble person. She listened to all my problems very calmly and advised best solutions. I am really thankful to her for helping me gain more confidence and come out of my problematic zone. The best thing about her is that she is always available for her patients on calls and messages.

It was great meeting Dr. Monika. She is punctual regarding her appointments, listens attentively and is very considerate. She gave me ample time to share my problems. I was relieved and happy after sharing my issues with her and from the suggestions that she gave. I would highly recommend her.

Dealing with anxiety, abnormal sleep patterns, and severe mood swings, Dr Monika made it very easy for me to share my issues with her. She gave me detailed explanations on why so and so incidents must have happened, while listening to me. She helped me find my safe space and how I can relax in it by taking a step by step approach. Dr. Monika is very trained as well very educated. She has a PhD from a prestigious Indian University. She helped me get on track with my career and helped me take a loan out of the bank so that I can pursue my masters from the UK. She is a great woman and a good friend.

Most of us dealing with emotional imbalance in day to day life specially with current contemporary rational world and gradually life seems mundane, meaningless. Even we often end up building Walls around us n stuck in isolation or past memories.

I feel then it's important to hv someone to make you calm down,guide you not only to deal with rational people but also from overdose of emotions.

I appreciate Dr. Monika Mam efforts to help me, not only as doctor but also as Mentor.

The best thing is she have so much patience and she is a good listener she understands the issues than works on it

It was very good experience dr is very calm and quiet she is very gentle nd listened all the problem and diagnosed all the problem 😊

I have been to other psychologists too they charge hefty amounts for just 20- 30 mins but Dr.Monika listens to the patient without looking much at her clock even after 40-45 mins and she doesn't charge if I consult her on phone ( provided she is free )after sessions .complete value for money .

At first I was doubtful for visiting a psychologist, but I am glad I did. It was a great experience with her. She is a really good listener and instead of giving random advises to the problem, she gave me clear and precise solutions to help me with my problem. She even offered help on call or whatsapp to track the progress. I definitely recommend visiting her.
