i am combining here the experience of me and my family after we got treated with Dr Swati Agarwal at Skination,Chattarpur.
i have been suffering from hair fall and thinning from more than 5 years.i was also unhappy with patchy skin on my face and dullness.
firstly she is v patient, listens to all questions and queries, relevant or orrelevant and gives her advice on each on the query in detail.never found her giving unnecessary medication or asking to get done too many investigations.
continuous follow up for 3 months as she advised me has given a drastic visible betterment in my thin hairs and almost no fall!!
glow on my face speaks itself,after about 6-7 treatment sessions for my dullness! each time the sessiom was done according to what my face needed at that time.

It was v disturbing . I consulted dr Swati Agarwal and got done laser hair reduction sessions
She also advised about some blood investigations that no doctor told me earlie and medications are advised .

Dr Swati Agarwal is a pleasant and dynamic person. Dr is young *** * *************. I was concerned about pigmentation on my face and neck. She listened to my issues v patiently and then she explained me about the treatment options and the medications to be used. I got done the chemical peels and lasers. most bad experience of my life..i visited her 10 times in 2 months for boils also known to be furuncles. completely sabotaged with this issue.n then this doctor is like i dont how to sum up my horrendous experience. at start she gave antibiotics for like 25 days n said it will go away. but it didnt. i told her so promptly dat boils are coming back n i was totally depressed out of it cus i was having this issue for the last 1 year n i started my treatment with her only. i mean she didnt do any prognosis n it was all in all a gross experience. when i was pregnant this boils issue became more serious cus there was no prognosis done. n this depression lead to my personal loss too. then i visited another skin doctor at my hometown then we identified i was having this issue completely because of waxing and deep ingrown hair. and know what i told this thing already to this doctor in the very first meeting at skination but she didnt lend an ear to this. i mean i am disgusted and my skin has pitted scars n i still struggle with boils but now m enlightened abt my issue n i stopped removing hair n its going better.

visited Skination Clinic to consult Dr. Rajat Gupta and paid a ₹700 consultation fee. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite informing the receptionist about my concerns, the doctor gave me only about five minutes, did not properly examine my scalp, and didn’t listen to my issue in detail. Instead, they quickly prescribed medications without understanding my condition. After following the prescription for a month, I have seen no results. I expected a more thorough consultation given the fee charged. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.”
