I had a fantastic experience with dental repair by Dr. Rahul Grover. He explained every detail clearly, and I'm really happy with the results. The clinic was very clean, and the staff were kind and well-behaved. My wait time was reasonable, and I felt the treatment was good value for money.

I recommend Dr. Sandeep Babbar. The consultation was fine, and the medicines have been prescribed to begin treatment. The clinic was clean, and I waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor.

I visited Dr. Sandeep Babbar in his Faridabad Clinic (Revyve) for my facial pigmentation. Initially, I was a bit sceptical when I was told that pigmentation will go as it was quite old and deep. He looked at the affected skin patch and instructed the therapist to carry out some procedure. I had fear that perhaps not being examined properly and something may go awry. But, as the treatment progressed and his personal monitorig of the outcome of the procedures performed gave me confidence and results were promising. I realised that he has reached the stage of his expertise where things happen as a reflex action and his professional competence was exhibited in correct diagnosis of the problem and selection of right combination of skin therapies. He pacified all my fears and queries with medical facts. I am about to complete my treatment. My face is clearing up and original skintone is now showing up. It was an uphill task but he did what he said.

I believe he is a prodigy and can be trusted for all skin related problems and will have no regrets.

It will not be complete unless I make a mention of skills of Dr. Prerna who performed these procedures on me. Her ease in handling laser and other skin therapy devices and firmness of her hand with which she targets each and every skin cell of affected area instil confidence in the effectiveness of the procedure. Her counselling during procedure clarify all doubts and fears . Her briefings on the follow-up are great help in post therapy care. She is very focused.

Due to their treatment, I could recognise myself after three decades.

All support staff is polite and helpful. Standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.

This is regarding my experience of PRP hair regrowth treatment which I underwent at Revyve clinic, sector 12, Faridabad, upon seeing some reviews online. But as it turned out, it was more of a "let me burn my hard-earned money to the ashes" kind of an experience instead of "wow my hairfall has finally stopped & it's amazing to see my hair back" kind.

I do not know about the credibility of other services that this clinic offers *** ****** *** **** ******** **** *** ****** ********* ******* *** ***** **** *** ****** **** ** ** **** **** ***** **** **** *** ********* ** **** ********* * **** ******** *** ** ****** ****** ** **** *** ******* ***** ** ****** *** ***** ********. I paid my hard-earned 37K rupees to them and that too in first 2 sittings. ***** ****** ****** *** **************** ** *** ****** ******* *** I paid half of money in my first visit and told to pay the remainder in 2nd visit. When I went for the 2nd sitting, I forgot to carry my credit card with me thru which I had planned to pay the remainder and I won't mention the name of the lady *** *** ****** **** ******* **** ****** ******** ****** ****** *** **** * **** ****** when I said I forgot my credit card at home & I shall make the entire payment in next week's sitting, she started ill treating me and pushed me so hard to make the payment right then in loud voice that I felt uncomfortable in even standing there as if I had committed some crime or something. I mean I understand you have some rules & policies for payment and all, but you could behave well & still deal with the situation with some etiquettes, but that was totally absent from that respected lady. Not by just decorating a clinic well & giving it a nice ambience you can make a visitor feel good, it is the people inside the clinic whose treatment & behavior matters & makes it or breaks it for the visitor. Zero marks there. **** *** ********* * ***** **** ****** ********* *** * *** ** **** ****. This brings me to the 2nd point. Let me brief you a little about my case. I started my treatment on 11th July 2022 & till 7th of Aug'22, I was consistently visiting the clinic, getting my PRP's done, taking timely medicines and all. And as they say that during first 2 weeks, the Minogain tablet (Minoxidil) has a shedding period, during which existing weak hair fall down making space for new stronger hair, after that the hairfall stops & regrowth starts happening. But even after 7 weeks (from 11th July'22 to 31st Aug'22) the hairfall did not show any sign of stopping. Shedding period did come, but after shedding was over, the hair kept falling at the pace that was there before the start of treatment. This highly concerned me. Because the minimum I was expecting from this entire PRP treatment was the stoppage of hairfall * **** ****** ** *** ***** ***** ******* After this due to a family issue at my end, the chain of minoxidil broke. I visited the clinic on 26th Nov'22 to resume my treatment again. * **** **** ********* ******** ***** *** *** **** **** ***** * I have to wait 2 weeks in order to see my hair-fall stop, but guess what this time I waited for 24 weeks (6 months from 26th Nov. to 30th Apr'2023) to see any reduction in my hair-fall, *** ***** *** *** **** **** ** ********* ** *** ** **** **** ************ ******* ** *** **** ***** ****** ***** **** *********** Everytime I visited there was a new product (some shampoo or tablet) sold to me that this will help and that will help, but nothing did. I was so so so broke by this time that I completely lost faith in this clinic. Some more things I experienced, the lady who interacted with me for the first time (whose contact no. I got from net), she only called me for the progress of my hair till the time the payment was finished from my side. Once that was done, she I think only once or twice called me to ask how my treatment was going on. And I can understand that if the patient is giving positive response to your questions, then you can stop following-up or calling up since you are now confident that treatment is going smooth for that patient, but not even once I said that yes I have started seeing positive results etc. Despite this, she stopped taking any status update from me. That was pretty surprising to me because earlier these guys were talking as if they were so much worried and concerned about my hair growth journey & suddenly stopped doing everything. Another instance, they lost all the pictures of my "Before" stage. Whenever I said that I am not improving and asked them to compare my "Current" stage to the "Before" stage, they would start calling to each other that the other team member is having your photographs but never they could find. What kind of carelessness is that. And lastly I called one of the persons in clinic to send me the medicine over the courier since I was living on a remote location from the clinic (more than 120kms away). When my Minoxidil chain broke in October month due to my family issue & I could not come to pick the medicine from the clinic. **** **** *** ****** *** ******** **** *** ****** *** **** *** *** ********* ******* ** ******** ** ***** ** **** *** *** *** **** ** ***** *** *** *** ***** **** ********* ******* **** But when I actually was in need in April'2023 & called and texted their person (again I know the name but would not prefer naming him) in clinic, he never sent it, completely forgetting about it. I waited for many days in the hope of a revert, but nobody seemed to care to this request of mine. One last but NOT THE LEAST thing I observed, all the people in the clinic whenever I told them about that I am not getting results, **** *** ***** *** *** ****** ** ****** ***** Like everybody would react as if I am the one who is wrong. Not even once they would say that yes we can see that your treatment is not going upto the mark, it is something to be worried about etc. NO. Everybody is just denying and refusing to accept that my treatment is not at all returning results. This annoyed me so much because I am the one who has spent money man... I am the one who is most tempted to see the good results & would celebrate each and every newly growing hair. *** ***** * ************* **** *** **** ********* * ******* ** **** *** *** ** **** *** ****. I have come here to grow my hair, not to show anyone mirror, to prove anyone guilty or to do journalism.! ****** **** ** ****** ****** All these behavioral issues I could ignore had I gotten the worth of my money by getting my hair back. But all I am left with is an immensely sour experience from Revyve clinic and indebted with thousands of my hard-earned & valuable rupees. Terrible and horrifying experienced , while visiting Revyve clinic for CO2 laser surgery for my wife. Doctor is so unprofessional that He doesn't bother to see how the surgery is being performed by other staff of his clinic. and sitting in his chamber while enjoying all the luxury over there. During the surgery my wife had also pin point the staff related to affected area is not fully removed. she (staff) said it would automatically heal up in the month time and you need not to bother for the same. prescription we received on the reception with no contact with doctor even once. staff does not mention related to the follow up. we were in the belief that it would heal up in a month's time as mentioned to us. we didn't take any step.Thereafter second wave of coronavirus hit the country and our family badly. when I recovered from all these issue. I thought to visit the clinic for my long pending concern. suddenly their behavior takes a U turn. ************ *** ****** ******** **** **** **** ***** There is almost 15 min. heated conversation where he was saying why did not you come up in follow up I said no body told us to do so. he showed me practo msg. where it was mentioned as "consultation is valid for 5 days" where nothing mentioned as "follow up after 5 days"he said both means the same. I said both have different meaning in all the context. Then he said you didn't come with the appointment today so better you come tomorrow will take up your case. I got consultation regarding my acne issues. Dr Babbar is highly professional and polite. He listened to my issues and helped me accordingly. As I am about to get married and had few other skin concerns as well, they curated a plan for me so as to target all my concerns in a limited period of time. I would highly recommend Derma facials and laser hair reduction. Thanks to Mamta for being so helpful and managing the schedule so efficiently.
