I had been to Dr. Deepika for the ACL injury and a frozen shoulder. I had to undergo ACL restructuring surgery and I did a pre and post surgery rehabilitation for the same at Dr. Deepika's clinic. She understood the injury well and provided rehabilitation which resonated with the doctor who had performed the surgery. I play cricket and also run 10k marathon regularly. With the help of Dr. Deepika and my doctor, I have moved back to my routine again and nothing is more satisfying than this. Only tip to incoming patients will be that do follow all the advise diligently to get positive results. Surgery is no solution to repair a broken part. But regular exercising and strengthening is and Dr. Deepika did instill this aspect in my mind during this tough injury recovery phase of mine. On top of this, she is friendly, attentive and responsive to our questions. These all are very important aspects to a patient who first seeks comfort more than anything else in order to get well. I recently had a surgery on my tibia bone where 2 metal plates were interested. Although the recovery was suppose to be long and tough, Dr.Deepika and her team made it look like an easy task. I was suffering from severe neck pain since one month and then I got reference of Dr.Deepika Joshi from one of my friends. I visited Pinnacle Clinic where the aura was very much comforting and caring and she told me about my illness quite well.She gave physiotherapy treatment and some multivitamin supplements and also a strict diet plan to be included in my daily diet. I got treated for approx 15 days or so.I am satisfied with the treatment and I have got relief from the severe pain.I would surely recommended Dr.Deepika Joshi.

I have been facing this shoulder pain due to gym and volleyball from nearly one year and after so many consultation and treatments even after showing on sports injury centre in delhi my pain had not been minimized. She is such a wonderful human being apart from being a professional which you rarely found these days especially in this profession. Due to heavy work load in my office I always had neck pain . I use to take medicine for quick pain relief but of no use. Then I went to Dr.Deepika Joshi for treatment. She suggested exercise and she taught me theraband exercises which were like new for me . She focuses on minute details about good and bad posture.

She did dry needlingon my shoulders which just gave me instant relaxation .

I reccomend Dr Deepika as she focus more on exercises rather than on machines which most of the Physio do .

I had extreme back pain 15 days ago, visited a very reputed orthopaedician in Faridabad and he prescribed medicines but I didn't have complete relief. My friend suggested I should see Dr Deepika. I visited her and she was so understanding and could totally relate what I am going through.

To be perfectly honest the first time I visited Back 2 track Physio I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous few months my severe shoulder/Neck pain had been treated by a number of Orthopedics and Surgeons without success.

My son being treated for his knee injury at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi was prescribed for regular supervised Physiotherapy. I consulted her about 1.5 years back for knee Injury and took Post Surgery physiotherapy after my ACL Reconstruction. She was always very patient and would never try to rush up exercises to attend to her next appointment. She is extremely caring and a good listener wanting to understand your problem/ health issue in detail and then plan her sessions in accordance.

Her sessions helped me get back on my feet in less than 3 Months whereas my Ortho, told me that the rehabilitation after this surgery takes as long as 6 Months. Can't Thank you enough Dr. Deepika , you are a wonderful Doctor and a Great Human being.... Thanks !!!
