I had an online consultancy with Doctor Shruti Kohli. She told me to visit her clinic as I had moles on my skin and it will be removed my laser only. The following day I visited her clinic and she was treating me well as a patient. Then she told me that the laser thing will have a charge of 8,500 which she didnāt confirmed me before. I had no clue about the prices of the laser thing and somehow she convinced me that itās the right price for this, by telling me that Iāve many tiny moles on my skin , *** *** ******** *** ***** ** *** ***** ** ** ******* ****** **** **** ****** **** *** **** * ***** ******* **** ***** ****** **** ** ****** ******** ***** *** ****** ********* *** ** **** ***** *********** **** *** ********* *** ******* ** ***** *** ***** Then after I completed my medication my scar was not going that was because of laser . I messaged her that can you recommend me medications because my scar was not going. She said that for that you have to take online consultancy or visit my clinic which costs 750 rs. She was asking that amount just to recommend some more medicines. One of the bad experiences with a doctors visited so far, doctor not even examining the patient....Patient telling the old underlying problem but doctor advising on peel off treatment that too number of sittings, when resisted given loads of tropical cream, gel, facewash with antifungal medicines ****** ** ***** *** ***** ** ********* **** ************** **************not even given 5 minutes...Just made a wilful mistake myself shelling out Rs 1600....and not to mention the fuel and time burned....thank you so much Doctor, but it leaves a bitter experience.....Will not recommend her to anyone

*** * **** ****** ** **** Refuses to even check the body part properly. She is more interested in selling medicines which she has instead of giving treatment. She will not prescribe medicines, instead she will remove the name of the medicine and sell it to you at higher rate. Charges too much money for treatment as well as medicines. Would not recommend to any one.

Not recommended *** **** ********** 10mm cysts is of same size after treatment and she refused to operate claiming it has returned.. thats too in a week. first she promised to remove cyst from root *** ***** ** ********* **** *** **** ****** ******* it has become painful now and i hv to visit another surgeon.

My wife surabhi went to her almost a month ago for laser hair removal. She did it in 5 mins and most of the hair were still there. She advised to clean those hairs with shaving raser. My wife was taking this treatment from last 3 years. Her earlier doctor used to do proper shaving prior to performing laser. I have been transferred to fbd from my previous job location therefore i had to visit dr kohli. I am disappointed with the way she charged rs 3500 from me for a 5 min unsatisfactory sitting. Won't recommend her to anyone.

I took online appointment for my mother in law. without even listening to problem. she started prescribing medicine. There was no video call option available. Even the normal call got cut 3 times. She spoke for less than 4 minutes and told me that I am talking to you for more than 15 minutes. when I asked for some explanation, She was rude. The doctor duty is to satisfy and listen to the patient. ** *** ***** **** **** **** *** *** *** ********* *** ****** ************ She even told me to visit her clinic personally. She charged 2500 for the test n when I cross checked the same test from the lab the test is only for 400 , god knows what will happen to this seriously I am pissed off
