The staff at the clinic were very helpful and polite. I had a five out of five experience and would recommend Dr. Kapil Sharma. I consulted him for a gastric problem and was satisfied with the care provided.
The doctor was good, but the consultation experience was negatively affected by a long wait time of at least one and a half hours. This delay made it difficult for me and my parents to attend the appointment comfortably.
