On my first visit to the doctor on 29th Sept., 2018, he diagnosed the issue immediately and explained to me in a very friendly way how he would perform laparoscopic surgery to repair the hernia. He gave a lot of comfort responding to all my queries.

The surgery was performed successfully in 15th Oct and his post surgery visits were very reassuring.

During my follow up visit five days after the surgery, his friendliness and the comfort level

he gave to me was just too good and after advising me on do’s and don’ts, he even got up to shake hands and said it was nice interacting with me. Doctors are technically sound but here was a case where a doctor excelled in human relations too.
