The experience was good. The doctor is friendly and kind. She explained the procedure patiently . I didn't have to wait for more than 15 minutes for my consultation. The treatment well very well and the results are good. I would strongly recommend the doctor.

We are very satisfied with treatment and behavior. Dr. Swati Mohan is very friendly in nature. During COVID time also she checked my child nicely. Very Good, supporting and well trained staff. I had an excellent experience, will highly recommend.

I visited Swati Mohan for treatment of pigmentation issues at the fortis hospital , for which she directed me to her personal clinic * **** *** ***** ******* *** ***** ***** ***** . My visit to the doctor clinic was extremely disappointing.☹️The doctor quickly scribbled a prescription in just 2 minutes without taking the time to fully discuss my daughter's issue* ** **** ******* ****** she didn't even ****** ** explain the medication and simply told us to pick it up at the clinic counter.When we declined extras like face wash and moisturizer, she rudely asked us to get everything from outside. Hence, we had to request again to clarify the medication. Rather she instructed us to get the clarification from the chemist who would dispense the medicines.In the end, it was a mere 5-7 minute appointment after waiting for almost half an hour.I have never encountered such a doctor who shows no concern for explaining the prescription or speaks so disrespectfuly on declining the medication from clinic counter.I would never recommend anyone such rude and uncaring doctor

She made us wait for 45 mins while she was sitting upstairs. When she came for OPD and checked me she recommeded only Laser surgery and told me I have to get it done asap. Only laser is the solution for my problem and gave me budget of 16000 with 2 sittings. She told me this price is applicable for just today only as this price may change if I come back to her after 2-3 days. Also I will be changed OPD charge if I donot book the laser on the same day.

I paid rs 500 as OPD charge and after looking at my face for 2 mins gave me laser option with take it or leave it. No other medicine or cure was recommended by her.

Would never ever recommend or visit her again.

My Parents (75 yrs age) visited dr. Swati Mohan at her clinic for a Body Acne which was very ichy and red.

She prescribed a combination of medicines (Antiallergic, steriodal, ointments..) which slightly improved the situation but she was rude and didn't listen to symptoms completely.

Also made them wait long time after giving them time for appointment while she is living upstairs (not that she was seeing other patients). When complained about delay, she was extremely angry and didn't wanted to treat further.

I am surprised at the attitude, doctors of all should be empathetic about patients, that too for senior citizens, ***** *** *** ***** ************ *** *********

Waste of time and money with her . Dr always advice me for next 3-4 sittings after completing all sittings . But I did not get the results .I totally unsatisfied with her working style also. I wait always more then 2 to 3 hours while Dr moving here and there and waste time to talk with her staff like Why AC on , why you late today , why more patient come today while I told you that today I have no time * ** ****** *********** ****** *** **** **** ****

After 8 sittings of laser hair removal , there were still hairs on my face. Upon asking Doctor when will they will be gone, she felt offended and left the treatment in between. So, after paying so much for almost 1 year, I was still at the same position. She even does not know how to behave with the patient. I would never recommend anyone to go to her.

My negative experience with fortis and dr. Swati mohan. She's arrogant and asks for expensive treatments like laser *** ***** *********** ****** I have wasted lot of money on the treatment ******* ** ******* ** ******* ***** so i have to now consult some other doctor. **** ** *** **** ******* ** ***** ** ** **** ** *** ****** *** ** ****** *** ******** ** ** *** ******* ********** *** **** ****** *** ** ********

She misbehave with her staff as well as with her patients.
