I recommend Dr. Sonali Grover. She was attentive and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Her explanations were clear and helped me understand my condition better.

Dr. Sonali Grover was extremely patient and professional, explaining my treatment clearly and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The procedure was painless with enough breaks, making the experience very pleasant. The clinic was clean and welcoming, the staff was helpful, and the wait time was reasonable.

Hi I have skipped to write feedback for Dr. Sonali during my initials appointments for braces treatment, as it would not be justifiable at that period of time without having the ground level experience but now i can express some of observation, which i have done during my last four appointments mentioned below:-

1. Dr. Sonali is very much sound and professional in her work area, she has explained thoroughly about the treatment, also she explains at each visit about improvement done till the time and the further treatments to be done and how it will be covered and impact.

2. She is appropriate/balanced friendly to the patient, which i like most and appreciate most, as some of Dr. whom i have visited earlier before taking final treatment makes me very uncomfortable because of their over friendliness and i have felt some kind of shop as they were not describing the treatment but were actually pitching/offering their products/treatment, which should not be on place at least in this profession.

One Dr. which i have visited has good repo. in market but even then it was a bad experience.

3. I have rescheduled my appointments many times even at my third appointment i have visited the Dentamax without taking appointment but Dr. Sonali given me time which was again a big + for the Doc.

Things can be improved:

The treatment cost is as per the market rate but still have felt it can be little less, which can be a big + again for Dentamax.

Till now It was a good and value for m0ney treatment, I am happy to choose Dr Sonali for the treatment and will surely recommend her.

I will write again after some of other experience later on.
