Expirince was good I told to everyone who need Ortho spclist in Faridabad... Just go for Dr rajiv Gupta... Cuz Im surfing in major factor in my wrist I have go to so many hospital like metro... Sarvodya... Handa hospital.... Mital hospital... This are all hospital in sec 16 Faridabad... They all recommended for opration... But someone told me go for Dr rajiv Gupta... I glad to thank full Dr rajiv Gupta without opration... My wrist in good condition thank you so much sr... 😊

A good doctor with lot of skills like listening and explaining the problem, treatment of the problem in proper manner with his rich experience. He makes you so comfortable that you made up your mind instantly to get treatment from him without any second thoughts. I would strongly recommend to everyone that Prime hospital is one of the best place to get treated with all facilities under one roof i.e Physiotherapy, Private rooms, humble staff especially Gopal at reception.

Thanks one again to doctor and team for taking care of my mother.

I found all of them prescribing medicines in the routine which somehow didn’t give me noticeable relief. . Dr gupta’s prescription and his sympathetic attitude has worked nicely and I feel quite satisfied with his treatment . It is quite possible that I may get complete relief from my pain of the spine at this age . I may add that I am 78 years of age. So one wants to spend his time comfortably which I think will be possible with his medication.. * * ****** ***********

I have cervical pain in shoulder.He has been good and gets into details as well as take pains to explain the problem and also how to do the corrective and preventive part. I have shown him in past too and has been good for lower back problem. Best part on time appointment , quick x ray.

Initial interaction with the doctor was fine but the staff is not upto the mark.. the guy who changed my dressing for facial wounds was tearing my skin as if he is working on a dead body even after asking to lubricate numerous times.. as a result, got a permanent mark below my eye.. not only this, when I went back for stitch removal after a week, the guy on reception asked us to wait for 2 hours before doctor will tell his staff to remove the stitch who were sitting there watching TV. when I requested to do it soon, the reception guy said "I am telling you how it works in a private hospital and you would need to wait and if you can't, get out of here".. I hope Dr. Gupta will read this as I am really disappointed how I have been treated !!

We waited for almost 30-35 mins even after a confirmed appointment. Later, when we finally got a chance to see doctor, we were advised x-ray which was done in just 5 mins and it was sent to doctor afrer 5 mins for examination. However, we were further asked to wait and doctor was actually busy in seeing other patients who had appointments scheduled after us for another 1 hour It is really disheartening to see such mismanagement at a doctor's clinic, a professional not giving value to other's time. THEY HAVE NO VALUE FOR A PATIENT'S TIME. It literally took us around 1 hr 45 mins to get just one consultation which could habe easily ended in 10-15 mins. I would not recommend this hospital/clinic to anyone unless you got that EXTRA TIME TO WAIT and look at clock anxiously waiting for your consultation.

Highly unorganized way of working. Booking an appointment is a waste of time. Hospital staff don't know the meaning of appointment time....they simply hush the patients & give some ****** reason like patients before you are also waiting...For instance your appointment was at 11:00 and patient whose appointment was at 10:00 are still waiting. If you ask them when to turn-up agian, they say we can't tell you :-)

Excellent doctor. Very thorough and articulate. Explains the problem in simple words and is having very hands on attitude.

My experience is every time good with the doctor. He has been extraordinarily careful in selection of medicines as I had recently undergone a renal transplant and chose to visit him instead of my transplant team at Max Superspeciality Saket. He gave me this confidence during my earlier visits prior to transplant.

But the receptionist at entrance needs a little manners as he is arrogant and is totally immune to the agony of patients.

A very caring and competent doctor .

He had got many confusing feedback's from other places and got referred for Prime Hospital by one of our friends . And the experience was a great one .

In other places we got advised for a surgery of fracture treatment for my daughter but here it was fixed well and Doctor never discussed surgery
